Johnson Kendall Johnson (JKJ), a national insurance brokerage, recognized a growing disconnect between how they interacted with their clients and the feel of their digital footprint. A company long characterized by warmth, empathy, and putting relationships first, the messaging and visual tones on their website and marketing materials simply didn’t match up.
Our approach was to shape a visual identity that greets you the way their people do. This included logo modifications, a brand language evolution, and complete refresh of the firm's online presence.
The refresh began with a new icon, awash in the color spectrum and shaped by a subtle wave, forming a dimensional “S.” This gesture nods to the physical, tactile nature of merchandise, while suggesting the act of raising a banner and amplifying a client’s message.
